Returns and Exchange Policy:

At Mametrendz, we take great care in ensuring that your order is dispatched accurately and in perfect condition.However, if you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team  immediately for assistance with clear evience (photographs) of the issue. These should be shared on the same day the product is delivered. 

Exchange 

We do not offer a general return policy,only defective items are eligible for replacement. We offer exchanges for items that are unworn,unwashed, and in original condition with 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that all tags and packaging are intact, if the item you want to exchnage is out of stock, we will issue a refund. Exchanges are allowed with 7 days from the date of delivery.

Non exchangeable Items: The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Inner garments
• Baby Carry Nest
• Mittens and Booties
• Baby Brushes

Limited stock

In case where the item you wish is no longer available we will issue a refund with a clear explanation of the situation.
